Welcome to Sunpal.my. These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of our website and services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in MYR and include SST, if applicable.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
Payments are accepted only through Sunpal.my FPX checkout, Shopee checkout, or an official Sunpal payment link.
Orders are processed once payment has been verified through Sunpal’s official order system.

3. Installation & Payment Terms

All installation orders require either full payment or a 50% deposit to confirm the job.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery or unloading at the installation site through an official Sunpal payment channel.
Failure to complete the balance payment on-site may result in withheld service, product, or installation work.

4. Delivery & Warranty

Delivery timelines depend on courier services, product availability, and location.
All Sunpal products come with manufacturer warranty as stated in the product listing.
Warranty excludes misuse, modifications, improper installation, physical damage, water damage, overloading, or unauthorised repair.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty Claims

Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is confirmed defective on delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection and approval.
To be eligible for warranty, customers must register an account on Sunpal.my using a valid email address.
Unregistered purchases may not be covered under warranty.
For warranty claims, customers must provide clear video footage showing the product installation or usage process and the issue encountered, along with supporting photos.
Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sunpal Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, installation, or inability to use our products.

7. Privacy

We collect only necessary data to process orders, provide warranty support, and communicate with customers. Customer data is not sold or shared without consent, except where required by law or for order fulfilment purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

Sunpal reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for updates.
