Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Sunpal Enterprise (“Sunpal”, “we”, “us” or “our”) delivers products purchased on sunpal.my and related sales channels in Malaysia. It forms part of your contract with our Terms of Sale.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver across Malaysia through appointed courier and logistics partners. Service availability, transit times and fees vary by destination, product size, weight and stock location. Remote or restricted-access sites may require special arrangements.

2. Shipping charges and options

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you pay, or stated on your quotation. Promotional free-shipping offers, if any, are subject to the stated conditions and may exclude oversized, heavy or hazardous items.

3. Processing and transit times

Order processing begins after payment confirmation and stock allocation. Estimated delivery dates are targets, not guarantees, unless we confirm a guaranteed date in writing. Delays may occur due to peak periods, weather, courier capacity, customs for special goods, or incomplete address details.

4. Your delivery responsibilities

Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable contact number. An authorised person should be available to receive the goods. Additional fees may apply for redelivery, storage or failed delivery caused by incorrect information or repeated absence.

For heavy batteries, inverters or palletised goods, ensure suitable access, lifting help and a safe unloading area. Advise us in advance of stairs-only access, gated communities, or site restrictions.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we share the courier reference through order email, SMS or the Sunpal customer portal. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to refresh.

6. Inspection on arrival

Please inspect outer packaging on delivery. If you see crushing, puncture, leakage or other damage, note it on the delivery record and contact Sunpal promptly with photographs, your order number and serial numbers. Keep the packaging for assessment.

Do not install or power on equipment that appears damaged or unsafe. Prompt reporting helps us resolve issues faster with the carrier.

7. Risk and title

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, risk of loss or damage passes when the product is delivered to you or your nominated recipient. Ownership passes after we receive full cleared payment.

8. Batteries and special handling

Lithium batteries and certain electrical products may require special packaging and transport handling. We select appropriate methods for compliance and safety. Customers arranging self-collection or onward transport must follow applicable dangerous-goods and handling rules.

9. Missing items

If an item or accessory is missing from your delivery, contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and photos of what you received. We will investigate and arrange shipment of missing components or another appropriate remedy.
