2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in MYR and include SST (if applicable).
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
- FPX payments are processed instantly and comply with Malaysia’s e-Invoice requirements.
- Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect. Processing begins after confirmation.
3. Installation & Payment Terms
- All installation orders require either full payment or a 50% deposit to confirm the job.
- The remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery or unloading at the installation site.
- Failure to pay the balance on-site may result in withheld service or product.
4. Delivery & Warranty
- Delivery timelines depend on courier services and product availability.
- All Sunpal products come with manufacturer warranty (as per product listing).
- Warranty excludes misuse, modifications, or improper installation.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless defective on delivery.
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sunpal Enterprise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or installation of our products.
7. Privacy
We collect only necessary data to process orders and communicate with customers. Data is never sold or shared without consent.
8. Changes
Sunpal reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. Please check this page regularly.
